Pasture raised from calf age. Never treated with hormones.  1/2, 1/4, 1/8

1/8 cow. $300 plus $40 processing fee. It will provide around 65 lbs of boneless beef. You would get around 29lbs of ground beef, 10lbs round roasts and steaks, 10lbs of chuck roasts and steaks, 9 lbs of rib and loin steaks (ribeye, sirloin, and filet).
